KASTHURI WEERARATNE
Kasthuri Weeraratne, the visionary founder of KAD Engineering Solutions, established the company in 2020 with a mission to deliver innovative, reliable, and sustainable engineering solutions to Sri Lanka’s growing industries.
A BSc (Hons) Mechanical Engineering graduate from the University of Moratuwa, Kasthuri brings over 13 years of consultancy experience across diverse engineering disciplines. He is also a certified Green Associate Professional (Green AP) and Authorized Person in Medical Gas Systems (Medical Gas AP), strengthening his expertise in both sustainability and specialized healthcare engineering.
Throughout his career, Kasthuri has been instrumental in designing and managing MEP systems, sustainable building solutions, and complex engineering projects within the industrial, commercial, and healthcare sectors. His leadership is defined by a commitment to quality, innovation, and client-focused results, guiding KAD Engineering Solutions toward becoming a trusted partner in the industry.
